Service description

This function requests Mitsubishi to allow the vehicle to inform its location, then search and track down your vehicle position. If your vehicle has been stolen, contact your local law enforcement authority first, then report to Mitsubishi.

  1. Report an auto theft to your local law enforcement authority and receive a case number.

  2. Select "Help".

  3. Select "Contact Mitsubishi".

  4. Select "REPORT STOLEN VEHICLE" and inform the case number provided by your local law enforcement authority.

    For more information, ask the call center operator.

  • Please note that all Safeguard and Remote services are subject to cellular network availability. When cellular network coverage is poor, Stolen Vehicle Assistance may not function properly.

  1. Report an auto theft to your local law enforcement authority and receive a case number.

  2. Contact the call center by dialing 1-888-564-1411 and inform the case number provided by your local law enforcement authority.
